3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Process: Once an order is placed, a representative from DA’TINY HOMES LLC will confirm your request and review the custom specifications.
  • Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of  40% (unless otherwise agreed) of the total order cost is required to initiate the project. Full payment, including any applicable taxes and fees, is due prior to delivery.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any pricing or typographical errors.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: Once an order has been confirmed, any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the status of your order and the resources already committed to your project.
  • Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If the order is canceled after production has started, no refunds will be issued. DA’TINY HOMES LLC reserves the right to deduct material costs, labor, and any applicable fees from any potential refund.
  • Material Order Notice: Please note that materials are ordered specifically for each custom project. Once materials have been purchased and shipped to our facility, you are financially responsible for these costs, even in the event of cancellation.

5. Customization

DA’TINY HOMES LLC offers customized design options based on client specifications. While we strive to meet all design requests, limitations may arise due to building codes, structural integrity, or other regulatory constraints. Customers agree to adhere to all municipal, state, and federal regulations.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order but may vary due to weather, supply chain delays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays that are outside our reasonable control.
  • Delivery Costs: Customers are responsible for delivery charges unless otherwise stated in the sales agreement. Delivery charges will vary based on the destination, accessibility, and other conditions specific to the delivery site.
  • Delivery Conditions: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible and suitable for the home. DA’TINY HOMES LLC is not liable for any damages or additional fees related to site access issues.

7. Warranty

DA’TINY HOMES LLC provides a two-year limited warranty on all tiny homes. This warranty covers structural integrity and workmanship but excludes wear and tear, improper usage, and damage caused by environmental factors or unauthorized modifications. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and may require an inspection by a DA’TINY HOMES LLC representative.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DA’TINY HOMES LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase or use of our tiny homes. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
